By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. **Business use only:** The Service is intended solely for business users (**Unternehmer** under §14 BGB), not consumers. ###### 2) The Service FintechGraphs provides **graph-first explainers and insights** based on public and third-party information. Features may include: - Access to public company/startup data; - Periodically updated data and metadata from public sources; - AI-assisted summaries, mappings, and recommendations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. ###### 3) Accounts & Access Some features may require an account. You're responsible for account security and for all activity under your credentials. Do not share credentials or circumvent technical limits. ###### 4) Acceptable Use You will not: (a) violate laws; (b) probe or attack our systems; (c) scrape or bulk-export data beyond permitted use; (d) reverse engineer; (e) remove notices or attribution; (f) misrepresent data origin; (g) use outputs as the sole basis for financial, investment, legal, or compliance decisions. ###### 5) Data Sources, Accuracy & No Advice We aggregate information from public and third-party sources. **We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.** Data may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous. **You must independently verify** information. **We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.** ###### 6) Intellectual Property & Feedback All Service content, software, methods, and designs are owned by FintechGraphs or its licensors and protected by IP laws. **Your content.** If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, modify, reproduce, and display it to provide and improve the Service. **Feedback.** You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use feedback without restriction. ###### 7) Third-Party Services The Service may reference or link to third-party data, websites, models, or APIs. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a a Data Processing Agreement (available on request) applies. ###### 9) Termination & Suspension We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, legal risk, security issues, non-payment, or discontinuation of the Service. Certain clauses survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law). ###### 10) Disclaimers The Service and all content are provided **"as is" and "as available."** We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ###### 11) Limitation of Liability (Germany-aware) To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of **€100** or amounts paid by you in the **12 months** before the event giving rise to liability. Continued use constitutes acceptance. ###### 14) Export & Sanctions You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and will not use the Service in embargoed countries or for prohibited end-uses. ###### 15) Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of **Germany**. Exclusive venue is **Frankfurt am Main, Germany**.
